CAN WE TRUST KARIANNE LISONBEE?

It’s hard to tell when she makes bizarre, cringeworthy comments. Or when she votes to expand MIDA‘s authority five separate times, then campaigns against it. Or when she posts defamatory accusations online, only to delete them later.

Make your voice heard on June 23rd and Don’t Vote Karianne.

CRINGEWORTHY COMMENTS

During a high-profile press conference at the State Capitol, Karianne drew national ridicule by lecturing, “I do trust women enough to control when they allow a man to ejaculate inside of them and to control that intake of semen.” It was truly a bizarre thing to say. Victims of sexual assault said it was hurtful.

We deserve proven leadership that reflects our community's dignity rather than erratic behavior that embarrasses us.

RUNNING FROM HER OWN RECORD

Now that it is campaign season, Karianne claims to oppose the Box Elder Data Center. But where did the Box Elder Data Center come from? It was approved by MIDA, and Karianne’s record on MIDA is clear: she repeatedly voted to expand MIDA's authority. While she conveniently wants to shape shift today, the record shows that she is now campaigning against her own votes!

We deserve a representative who is honest with voters about their record.

A PATTERN OF UNVERIFIED CLAIMS

Karianne has established a pattern of making outrageous, uncorroborated claims, only to hide from them later. She recently made a false and defamatory attack against her opponent, only to quickly delete it when challenged. She previously claimed to have evidence of a major election issue, but when asked for proof, she wilted and provided none.

We deserve a serious leader who is fact-based, not one whose poor judgement creates constant backpedaling.
